I have been in several car accidents and fell down a flight of stairs. I have been to many chiropractors throughout my life and the spinal touch technique is outstanding! I have had 3 visits and do not feel that I am finished. I canceled my 4th appointment because I did not have a ride to their office. I continue to have sciatic nerve pain and low back pain. Living with this pain is not living. I will be calling back to reschedule as soon as I know how I can get to their office. I wish this office was closer to where I live.

Wow… blown away at the low level professionalism of Darren who sits at his little desk in the front office and acts like he is a lone star in the solar system. Today I called them to let them know I was running 12 minutes late due to getting x rays at the hospitol that took forever and that I was speeding and I was pulling into their parking lot. He told me to never come in and he hung up on me. I’ve even paid in full for missed appointments when I was unable to make a set appointment. I NEVER leave poor reviews, but this time I MUST! Darren’s inept communication has affected me more than once, and I’ve referred many friends to them and they too have had issues with Darren’s attitude, and he “runs the business” he says. WARNING… you better keep every appointment and never be late. I get scheduling and such, but they have made a ton of money from me, my wife, and the many I’ve sent to them in referrals. Well… that all stops now! What a complete unprofessional experience! I’m shocked by how he treated me! It’s not all about you Darren! If Judy could clone herself this business would be awesome and they could grow, but she needs to fire Darren, but unfortunately he is her husband and that is the problem.

I have been going to see Judy at Ideal Bodyworks for close to 15 years. Judy (the spinal touch tech) is amazing and I fully believe that spinal touch is magic when it comes to healing! However, I will not be going back. I had an appointment scheduled that I had every intention of going to, but due to something coming up at work last minute, I was unable to attend. I called in and apologized profusely for the inconvenience instead of just not showing up at all and offered to pay for the session, even though I wasn’t going. I was met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism from Darren who answers the phones and sets the appointments. He gave me a guilt trip and told me how rude I was and that there was a waiting list that I wasn’t helping with by not canceling 12 hours in advance. I would have called further in advance if I had known. He continued to be rude even after I apologized 5 more times and again offered to pay for the session.

I started seeing Judy after I injured my lower back while exercising. I had first tried more traditional methods that didn’t help me and actually left me in more pain. After just one visit, I felt significant improvement and after a few more visits I am now pain free. I sent my mom to Judy because my mom has suffered with neck pain for as long as I can remember. Again, after just a couple of visits she is completely pain free. My mom thought she would have to live the rest of her life with neck pain and is thrilled to feel so good. At first I was extremely skeptical that Ideal Bodyworks would do anything for me. I have some very serious back problems, including two herniated discs pinching the sciatic nerve down my leg in the most intense pain I have ever felt in my life. I’ve tried Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Steroid Injections, etc. Nothing was working. I thought I had no other choice but to start surgery. I was hunched over, unable to walk correctly, with unbearable pain! Since going to Ideal Bodyworks, my pain has gone down significantly. I now stand up straight.
