I have had a facial by Sharon and massage from Lori. They are both fabulous therapist. Super friendly. They listen to your concerns and help you leave with the comfort and satisfaction you desired from your treatment. They use high quality organic products but will still make sure that there are no allergies to the product they may use. If you live in the Federal Way area, you have to check this place out. Very boutique feel to their spa, with Four Seasons Spa quality products.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I have never seen anything quite like it. They are accommodating and truly care about their clients, they go above and beyond every single time! I go whenever I have money, the red light therapy has helped me shed weight in areas that deeply bother me. The treatment is relaxing. The space is beautiful and easy to get to. Since beginning my red light therapy journey and changing my eating habits, I have lost over 30 lbs in the past year. This is very significant for me. RUN AWAY!! This place is run by a very fake Spa Manager who will con you into buying stuff that is overpriced and doesn’t work, and if you dare to ask for a refund on treatments you didn’t complete (because I was afraid I’d get a skin infection from the lack of sanitizing things that you sweat on and are shared between clients!) they don’t even respond! Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed in both this office And Dr. Wolf who owns it. They are happy to take your money, but not provide ethical services. See Yelp review for more info!!
