Can’t say how blessed we are to have found Ms. Ida. Even with the first phone call to schedule, she was very warm and squeezed us in despite her busy day. She listened to what we wanted to have done with our hair..she gave us input about how the outcome would be based on our hair type and together we were able to decide what was the best cut for us. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable about hair types and styling. Can’t wait to go back to get my color done next week. Thank you Ms Ida.

Ida is a true professional: listening to what a client wants, skillfully cutting and styling, and leaving no detail unchecked (both when hair is wet and when it is dry). My first visit to Ida’s Salon was very positive. She listens to what you want and pairs that with her suggestions. She is very detailed. I have naturally curly hair that I like to wear curly and blow dry out and and the cut wonderfully works with both styles and I am very pleased. I will definitely be returning. I also liked the small hair studio room that is closed off from all the hustle and bustle, it makes for a good personal expereience.

During the pandemic, Ida has gone to great lengths to ensure the health and safety of her customers. She has a very clean, single chair salon with a door to isolate the noise and commotion in the rest of the building. Ida is perfect for men, women or children. Nothing tops off a great haircut like warm shaving cream and a straight blade to clean up the back of neck and Ida is a pro at it!
