I was so happy that each therapist really discussed our wants and needs with each of us and customized our massages to our needs. The environment and decor was beautiful and inviting. My fiancé and I got a couples massage last night. I was so happy that each therapist really discussed our wants and needs with each of us and customized our massages to our needs. The environment and decor was beautiful and inviting. I loved the hot towels. The pressure was perfect from the start. I left feeling blissful and relaxed. Perfect date night!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAn absolutely poor experience. I want to start off by saying that when you get a massage here you’re paying for a 60 or 90 minute time slot, not a 60 or 90 minute massage. I arrived 10 minutes early to my massage. They had me wait in the waiting room until my therapist got me. Instead of having me fill out my waver form when I got there, they waited until my 60 minute time slot began. They then included me getting undressed and my therapist running through the procedure within the 60 minute time slot. My therapist was very unprofessional, she talked nearly the whole time and made very unprofessional comments about my weight and ADHD. She legitimately asked me how much I weighed and if it was normal for me to move so much (referring to my adhd). She continued by only working on one part of my back, not even my problem areas. When I asked her if she could focus on my problem areas she said that we didn’t have enough time left in the massage. She did “cupping” on my back to help with knots, which did absolutely nothing due to how she applied them, they kept popping off the whole time. She also included me getting up and getting dressed as part of the 60 minute time slot. In total I maybe got a 40 minute massage that didn’t even help my back. I came in with knots and left with the same knots. I absolutely do not recommend this place.An absolutely poor experience. I have osteoarthritis in my facet joints and have had cervical spine fusion C3-C7. I have had chronic muscle pain for the last 7 years of my life. I got massages just to have my body “feel good” for 90mins. All my previous massages did just that, I felt good for 90 mins during the massage but that was it. Josiah is the first therapist that I have gotten 2-4 days of pain relief. That may not seem like a lot to most people, but people with 24/7 chronic pain know it touches into miracle status! I will be returning to Josiah as long as he is available to do massages. Josiah is more than a massage therapist, he is a corrective massage therapist. I have osteoarthritis in my facet joints and have had cervical spine fusion C3-C7. I have had chronic muscle pain for the last 7 years of my life. I got massages just to have my body “feel good” for 90mins. All my previous massages did just that, I felt good for 90 mins during the massage but that was it. Josiah is the first therapist that I have gotten 2-4 days of pain relief.
