Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhere do I begin? I scheduled online for a full set of lashes a few days in advance. An hour before my appointment they cancelled it due to “double booking” but didn’t ask if I could or wanted to reschedule. No big deal, I called and spoke directly with Jamie and got in a few hours later. I requested Jamie because he’s who I was referred to. When I got there it was him and a girl there, although they were both aware that I requested him they tried to sneak in the apprentice to do my lashes. Another red flag. I stop that from happening, he does my lashes, but unfortunately in 24 hours I got a horrible reaction. In his defense I believe I’m allergic to the glue. So I ask if he’ll take them off for me. He arrives 20 min late to remove my lashes, offers me a refund for the service (not tip or deposit) which I really appreciated because I had my lashes on not even 48 hours. Never received the refund, they never answered my calls or my texts about the refund. Nobody wants to give money back I understand he took the time to do them, but why offer a refund if you’re not going to give it? Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with lashes. I referred my friend (before the reaction) to get hers done she scheduled with Jamie and he didn’t even show up. He had the apprentice do her lashes without permission or supervision. It took over 4 hours and they looked awful. The studio is very cute and pink but that is the only good thing about this place. It was a quick service surprisingly because I’ve had lashes before and the technician and my lashes were absolutely gorgeous . So clean and professional she answered all my questions and has been very helpful . I lost 4 inches after two sessions but will keep coming for at least 6 sessions so it’s permanent !!
