I went to get my nails done for the first time and they done a horrible job it was so bad that the told us to go to another place and get them done and they said that we would get a refund and we didn’t they were so rude DON’T EVER GET YOU NAILS DONE HERE.

I’ve been here twice. While they did a decent job, they made me bleed (with no apology) both times, and my fingers took a week to heal after the first visit (and hurt like hell). They were also just plain rude/condescending. I see my experience was not unique after reading the other reviews. I had the same nail tech both times, so maybe it was just that person and not the nail salon itself. Anyway, I won’t be returning, which is too bad bc it’s convenient.

Very nice vibe upon walking in. They have very cute wing back chairs and a glass table with all different scented lotions for you to try as you decide what color your going to get. I noticed that they have tons of colors along with a lot of gel colors too. I got a full set of acrylic nails and being that I bite my nails, I didn’t have much to work with. Everyone was very nice and I found myself completely relaxed. A guy named Tom did my nails and I would highly recommend him, as he will be doing my fills here in just a couple weeks.

The first time I came in here the guy did an awesome job, I couldn’t wait to come back.. second time has been awful! My polish has brush strokes in it and is uneven.. it’s on my skin and it looks gross. Like the polish was tacky and she didn’t even attempt to fix it. I wanted to get a mani as well but opted out because of the way my pedi turned out. I also wanted a simple design and they told me they couldn’t do it.. which is fine.. but this place is way over priced for the work.

The first time I went I thought maybe I just had bad luck. My gel manicure had to be redone by the woman who took me afterward to do my pedi. Then after sitting under the toenail dryers I had to have my pedi redone because the polish had completely crinkled up. The appointment took 3 hours overall and I was in tears for the time And Money I had spent. They gave me a gift certificate for another pedi and asked me not to write a bad review. So I took it and went back 2 months later. This time the service was worse. The gel mani was as sloppy as before and was given while I was in the pedi chair (so uncormfotable to reach both arms over in one direction for a good 30 min) and started peeling after just 5 days. Same guy did my nails both times, Tom. The pedi technician Jackson was so rough on my toes that I winced in pain as he made crude gestures with the lotion bottle. Definitely not a relaxing experience either time and definitely not going back again.

I came here one day on my way home from work. I walked in at 3:45. I didn’t leave until after 5:30. My nail technician kept walking away to do random things. I didn’t feel like I was a priority. It took way longer than I was expecting. Then during my pedicure another customer had an issue with a gift certificate. My technician went to go “help” and ended up arguing with the customer for almost 10 minutes. When he finally came back to me he then began to defend himself and starting telling me about the issue. No thanks! I got a basic mani/pedi and the place was dead. I will not return and I do not recommend.

Great Spa Pedicure! their spa products were great, nice selection and quality. really enjoyed the Green Tea spa pedicure. ($35-45) great service. Felt like they cared and wanted you to enjoy it. Didn’t rush or feel like a factory. They made you feel very relaxed and were very nice.

I had an appointent like a couple days before and they told me it was just gonna be a few mintues but they took another girl and i had to wait, eventually i had to leave because I had another obligation i had to go to so not really to mad. I come back a couple days later and have an appointment at 630 and I got taken back right away there was only two other people in the salon. I just had to get a fill and it took forever!!! I wasn’t out of there till 8 something and it’s not even like they did a good job they were uneven different shapes and lengths and too thick and misformed! Very very disappointed how they turned out. This wasn’t the first time either they have been coffin when they were suppose to be. I have pictures of how horrible they turned out.

I’ve never taken the time to write a review but it’s deserved! First time coming here & im picky with my nails, i guess you could say. Other then waiting for what id consider a long time, my experience was great. I didn’t have an appointment so i know thats why i waited. Joe did my nails. I love them! He was gentle with my hands.. time efficient & was polite. All nails are the same length & all nails are shaped the exact same. I get coffin shaped nails. They look awesome & he did a great job on the polish. Asked if i wanted water also! I will be getting a fill in with joe in a couple wks & i have definitely found my regular go to nail guy! it would be an added bonus if they would add some more brighter colors to the selection & replace the ones that are no good with new polish. There were a few colors i liked but the polish was bad so i didn’t wanna use it
