I have been coming to Iconic Male for the past 4 years. I am happy to write this review and share such a positive experience with them. Jessica the owner is usually there. She is sweet, friendly and talkative, always makes me feel welcome. Lacy was my first stylist there and is the one that let me see how passionate the owners are about their business. Then Christian became my new favorite and it has been already 2 years of me being pampered by her. I hope this review helps the person reading this review to decide to give Iconic Male a try. I dare to project that your experience will be a much positive one. Thank you to everyone at Iconic, you guys rock, including the host Drew, which always makes for a fun car conversation.

My schedule is different from day to day, so when it comes to haircuts I frequent numerous stylists. This was my first time at Iconic Male. Jessica suggested a course for my hair which I was relieved that she instantly knew that I had no idea what to do. Everything from top to bottom was professional, the salon itself has a great atmosphere.. clean, organized, and well designed. Jessica is as genuine as it gets. She gave %100 effort, and it wasn’t forced. It was just a great experience. Some times in present times it feels like you get rushed or just shorted. I will make the time for Jessica bc it was the best hair cut experience, my hair looks great, and she honestly inspired me to start trying that hard in what I do.

ICONIC MALE TREATS YOU LIKE A KING!!! This is by far the best haircut I have ever received and the barber’s attention to detail was second to none. I also received the paraffin wax treatment for my hands and they look and feel incredible. Iconic Male transcends your typical haircut place and is so much more than anything I’m familiar with. The owner is awesome, and the barber is as well. Would I recommend this place? YES!!! TRY IT FOR THE EXPERIENCE ALONE!

This was our third trip and after our first experience we had been raving about it. I surprised my husband with the haircut/massage the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Second time a few weeks later, the massage was rushed, so he decided next time no massage and just the haircut. Today we had an appointment at 1:45, we were running a few minutes late (7 to be exact) because of an accident on Manchester. At 1:49 we received an email that we were a no show and my card was charged a $30.00 fee. After only FOUR minutes! They book out 30 minutes for the haircut. My husband arrived at 1:52 and his time should have lasted until 2:15, however she told him she didn’t have time. So another lady took him and cut his hair. The haircut took about 20 minutes and my card was charged $50.00 for haircut and tip. However, the $30.00 fee for being a no show was still being charged and no one knows how to remove it. So I have a piece of receipt paper saying they owe me $30.00 that I can take up to management who hopefully knows how to reverse it. I totally understand charging a fee for a no show but after four minutes? This isn’t exactly a cheap place, so we just expected better customer service than this.
