She knows what she is doing and will do what’s best for your hair. I have spent more money at other salons just to walk out with my scalp burned or my hair pink (not intentionally). I have been getting my hair done with Christy for the last 20 years. Her experience and her amazing work with color, highlights, and cuts is what brings me back each time. I love that she is very honest with her clients and I appreciate that greatly! I feel beautiful every time I leave her salon. On my most recent visit we went from very long, thick hair to a beautiful short cut with highlights. I strongly recommend Icon Spa salon and look forward to seeing Christy again. So I have been getting my hair done for almost 20 years by Kristy of icon salon. I followed her from 2 different salons to where she is now. So in reality I helped Kristy get to the place she is today. I am not rich, and I don’t get my hair done every 5 weeks, but when I called to get an appointment with miss Kristy, she said she can’t take people like me. I have given this lady alot if money over the years. I only would go to her because her little shadow Taylor, didn’t even go to beauty school. Nope, she just learned on people Kristy didn’t have time for. I am so sad that this person who does a fantastic job coloring hair, has her nose so far up the rich people’s asses, she can’t see the people who helped her get there. Too much poop in her eyes. I hop u people listen. It’s not worth it. The way they treat u isn’t worth any hair color
