They’re lovely people and are so careful to discuss what you want, changes, etc. I also bumped my nails a couple of times and my tech fixed the scuffs very patiently. I believe his name is Aaron. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I waited at this place from 2:45 to 5:30 just to walk out in tears because I was so angry. I have never had such a rude nail technician (her name is Amy). I had to pay 55$ for these horrible nails, which were nothing like I wanted. When I arrived I asked for a flamingo, and palm leaves (beach vibes) and they said they could do that on my nails. After they are done with the yellow, she said she couldn’t do it. No one in the store could do that simple nail art?! So I asked for plain clear glitter to cover the yellow. Amy says they don’t have plain glitter, only silver or gold. So I try out the silver glitter and absolutely hate it. I’m already upset that they said they could do nail art, then changed their minds. I ask her to take the glitter off and she says she can’t, that I can go somewhere else. Go somewhere else to pay someone to fix her horrible job? No way. Not to mention Amy and the lady who worked the front were talking about a costumer that was before me, a grandmother that brought a 6 month old baby in with her. They talked about this sweet old woman like she was horrible for bringing in a baby, and both said how they hate children. You can only imagine how offended I was at this point. To top it off, another one of the nail technicians is on her phone constantly. This place is so unprofessional. I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. The nails are extremely think and bumpy, and absolutely not what they said they could do. I don’t even give this place 1 star. They are the WORST. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I go to icolor nails throughout the month when they need to be filled in or completely redone or if I haven’t gone in awhile, and they seem to always do an amazing job. The only complaint I would make is depending on the person doing my nails can be ruff with my nails. But always ends to surprise me with how wonderful my nails come out in the end.

Very unprofessional!! Called for 2 days straight early in the week attempting to make an appointment for Thursday with a certain nail tech. When I told him 5:00, I was told “just do walk ins, can’t make appointment, but if I walk in it shouldn’t be long” (this was only my 2nd time there, but the first time..I had an appointment, so I knew this was a lie—which is why I called 2 times..trying to get someone else). I get there at 5:15…at 5:40 someone walks in and said she had an appointment with said nail tech. I waited to see what they would tell me. The Nail tech came over to tell me his 5:30 appointment was here, so it would be about 45 min, could I go “run an errand and come back?” I said “I was told twice over the phone that you didn’t take appointments after 5:00?” He turned to the bald guy (that I spoke with on the phone, like he wasn’t sure what to say). The bald guy stumbled over something about “staffing” etc., and that it’s “hard to do”. I agreed to come back 45 min later. I get back 45 min later and he’s already seated someone else. He (nail tech) comes over and apologizes and asks what time I could come the following day? I told him 1:00. He went to the computer and put me down. I get there at 1:00 the following day and the bald guy said right away “You are here for ____?” I stated I was. So he tells me to have a seat. About 5 min later he comes back with “I apologize but ___ called me early today and said he had an emergency and would not be in today.” Totally fabricated story. The end result..a lady tech did my nails, which did turn out very pretty. But will I ever go back? NEVER!!! Completely unprofessional!!!
