I went there for the first time yesterday for a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The salon is absolutely beautiful! The service was great. Tracy did a great job with my nails and toes. And she was lovely. Everyone was friendly and personable. The prices were a little inflated but I’ll definitely go back for that quality of service!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time and last time at this facility. Pedicure and gel polish removal were the two services I paid for $55 total. My nails were terrible she didn’t remove all polish then didn’t moisturize Ive never had a removal look this bad my nails are always clean and neat then the pedicure hurt and I told her it was hurting she kept on. I flinched out of pain, worst experience ever and I’ve had my share of pedis being a travel nurse. I really liked my nails. I called and asked beforehand how much a pink and white would be and they said 55 and up. So I was assuming it was going to be probably $60 when I got to the register it was 70 I’m not sure what the price jump was for from 55 to 70 because I didn’t ask for anything specific my nails were short in comparison to most people’s nails so it was just a little disappointing the price. If I would have known the nails were going to be $70 before I went I wouldn’t have gone, but I did really like the nails just not $70 worth. So all together it was an $85 mail trip because at that price of nails I felt the need to tip accordingly. Also there was some drama while I was there a lady was upset with her pedicure I think and was refusing to pay and the police had to come I’m not sure how it ended I’m pretty sure she had to pay but it was just an experience to say the least.

I was charged $30 just to have my nail polish changed. If the website didn’t say $10, I would’ve never got the service. It sucks that I didn’t ask beforehand just to make sure. The nails are cute, but $30 for a new color is not worth the money at all. I had to go to work so I was in a rush. I paid and left. Will not be back
