I can’t say enough amazing things about this salon and these awesome women! Not only do they perform beautiful work but they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. They are all so welcoming and so so kind. I recently just got my hair highlighted by Christina and not only did she do amazing and got me the exact color I wanted but she was such a sweet girl and was so easy to talk to that it just made the whole appointment feel like 20 minutes. Both Cindy and Samantha were just as sweet and the overall experience was fantastic. If you are looking for a salon, I 100% recommend Ice Salon, you will not regret it!!

The ladies at ice salon always deliver the most natural looking extensions with beautiful blonde highlights and THE money piece (brightness around my face). I have been getting my hair colored for 20 years, so I am no rookie, and they do the best work I have had done. I have been coming over a year a half, and they always do such beautiful work with a huge importance on keeping my hair healthy, which is very important to me. This salon is the dream team! As a blonde, it’s hard to find someone that does a beautiful highlight while looking natural. Samantha absolutely nailed my color. She took my dark blonde roots and added in gorgeous highlights that she toned to a perfect bright, neutral blonde. Christina did a perfect job smudging the roots of my extensions to match my natural roots. Even my husband was shocked staring at my hair trying to figure out how they did it!

I can’t say enough good things about Cindy and the salon team. I came in with damaged orange hair from another salon and Cindy fixed my hair in one sitting. She is a hair GODDESS! Aside from being a sweet, caring and empowering human being she really knows what she is doing. She takes the time to make sure every technique she is doing on your hair is perfect. She is well educated in the craft and understands all different types of hair. My hair is very thick, curly and hard to work with and I haven’t been to any other hair stylist that gets it. Hands down the best hair stylist ever!

After researching salons that offer hair extensions I found Ice Salon. Their reviews say it all, this salon is AMAZING! I am blonde and was looking for their signature icey look. Cindy took my color to the next level, and Samantha installed & custom color matched my extensions to perfection. I’ve never been SO in love with my hair!! I am beyond disturbed at what I encounter on the 2nd of February at this salon. I chose this salon because I was told that it was cheaper than other salons. I got told my price would 280 and they charge hourly. My hair is super short and I wanted it turned from brown to blonde. My hair should have taken max 2 and a half hours and the owner took her sweet old time. I got done at 4 instead of 2:30. She kept taking Tik Toks and talking instead of taking care of my hair. My hair came out not at all what I was wanting AND on top of that she charged me $504 with a min of $70 tip for absolute trash. Will not ever come back and do not recommend.

First time at this salon based on a recommendation from a friend and the solid 5 star reviews. I was blown away by the highlighting, color, and scissor skills by Samantha! I came in a couple of weeks earlier for a consultation with Samantha and Cindy (the owner) and they spent time examining my hair and giving me all different scenarios for color and style, and I left excited for my appointment. These ladies did not disappoint. Samantha listened to everything I had to say and Cindy would come by occasionally to be sure I was pleased. And was I! I am delighted with my hair and can’t wait to show it off. And please let me say that you walk into this immaculate salon as a stranger, but leave feeling like family. Thanks Samantha, Cindy, Kay and Christine. The best!!!
