This was my first time using this company. I was very nervous. The Threading tech Sofia was very confident and patient. She displayed good customer service from start to finish. I usually drive to LA for my threading. However, the experience I had and the results of my eyebrows were amazing. I do plan to come back for services. If you are considering using their services don’t hesitate they are amazing.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI REALLY wanted to give this place a good review but just can’t. I came here due to a recommendation from a coworker. The lady was 20 minutes late showing up to open. Then we had to wait longer because she had to clean. I grew my eyebrows back out for a fresh start. The lady butchered my eyebrows. The left eyebrow had good shape and left thick. The right browwas made extremely thin with patches of hair missing with poor shape. Now I have to start all over again. I REALLY wanted to give this place a good review but just can’t. I came here due to a recommendation from a coworker. The lady was 20 minutes late showing up to open. Then we had to wait longer because she had to clean. I grew my eyebrows back out for a fresh start. The lady butchered my eyebrows. The left eyebrow had good shape and left thick.
