The lady that was there just now 1031am Tuesday 11/8/2022 I don’t think she knows what she’s doing. She needs to practice. My eyebrows is not even asking her for tweezee and moisturizer. It’s such a big deal for her and she wanna do on her own please practice customer service please re-train. Thank you.

I used to love doing my eyebrows here, however the very few last times, terrible!! They don’t even know the basics. My eyebrows looked chopped and they’re two different shapes. SHE DIDNT EVEN CHECK MY EYEBROWS TO SEE IF THEY WERE EVEN The waxing service is horrible they don’t even know how to apply wax properly!! The lady was so rough on my eyebrows and put wax on MY HAIR!! I don’t usually complain about the price, but I can’t believe I paid 25 for such a horrible service. They used to communicate with your but now every time i go they thin my eyebrows & they don’t care like they used to. EMPLOYEES NEED TO GO OVER A BASIC TRAINING!!

i absolutely love this place so much! Raji is the best & so are the other girls. This has been my go to spot ever since it’s opened & I never regret coming here. the studio is always so clean & looks great everytime but most importantly, my eyebrows are always BEAUTIFUL. i definitely would recommend this spot to anyone who’s looking to get a nice shaping done. you won’t be disappointed !

I went there today and I can’t be happier with their service! Very clean salon and costumer service is great. I had my eyebrows done but they offer more services such as waxing and facials. I highly recommend this place and I know I found a great salon to always go back to.

First, I like to say Thank you to the staff of iBrows for not only giving me such a wonderful experience but being professional and attentive as possible. It has been such a hassle trying to find the right person to wax my eyebrows since the person who has done it for me since I was a teenager left to Boston two years ago.
