Update: changing because I had a bad experience. So there was a mom and daughter who got there before me. The mom left her daughter and said if she could go for her husband because he needed his brows done too. Mind you I was there before the husband got there yet he got served first DOESNT make sense you should go for the person who first gets there. Shame. I was there before him.

Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. Besides being completely rude I feel like I was discriminated against as well. Service was refused because I did not wear a mask despite the mask mandate being lifted and myself being vaccinated. The client in the chair was not wearing a mask however I was refused service. I come here at least once a week and I’ve never been treated this way. Also when I called for clarification and to get information from a person of authority the worker hung up on me several times. Not a way a business should run.

Terrible service! I made an appointment and sat down, the girl let someone go ahead of me and when I asked about my appointment she replied “you were really late”. I told her I had been sitting there and she said “oh can you wait?”. She then quoted the time and said how late I was, that was not the time that I arrived, it was the time that I asked about my appointment after she was letting someone go ahead after I had been sitting there. Apparently the girl doesn’t pay attention when people walk in the door or how long they have been there, or even greet customers as they walk in. Very poor customer service. Will definitely not be back!

This place was amazing! I came here on a whim to get my eyebrows threaded, but I was so happy I did. They were able to take me in right away and they did such an amazing job; my eyebrows have never looked so good!

Super awesome place to go get lashes and brows done. Have gotten my lashes done 2xms and filled and there always looking so natural and long. Laila is awesome she cares about her customer’s needs and makes sure ur satisfied. Threading to the T with making a natural shape. She did my daughter eye brows for the first time and she made them look so beautiful and clean. She did a full facial on my teen and her face looks so much better.!!!!!!
