They are a joke! I set up the appointment over the phone, and upon arrival, not only the receptionist asked me 5 times if I had an appointment but called the owner, put her on speaker to let me know that the person who does the lashes wasn’t there. Why would they have a promotion or set up an appointment if they know nobody was going to be there. Waste of time ….do not recommend. I give this a huge zero!

Nice and friendly staff! Got a brazilian wax with a groupon (found out it is the same as normal prices) and the wax went well. Better than I expected! Didn’t hurt as much since the staff was talking me through it. Did wait a bit even though I booked an appt but wasn’t an issue. Would come again!

It’s been a while since I’ve been so happy with my brows. Decided to take another risk and try out this place after reading through almost all of the reviews. Rahat, thank you SO much for threading my eyebrows so beautifully and so meticulously! So, so happy with my brow and upper lip threading. Will definitely be back.

I went for the first time today and did eyebrow threading, chin wax, underarms and brazillian wax. It was pain free, they were gentle, careful and friendly. I will definitely go back and I reccomend them to anyone looking for pain free, easy threading, waxing, especially brazillian wax experience.
