Nilema is wonderful! She takes time to listen to her clients. She genuinely wants each customer to be happy and satisfied. She’s a wonderful business owner and more business could take tips from her. Her employees are equally amazing. I highly recommend. Walk-ins are also accepted, which is very nice for when I’m just “in the neighborhood”.

Nilima was late, incredibly rude and not upfront about all the charges. Her lack of punctuality delayed everything on my wedding day. The quality of draping was not good either. My dupatta and head pieces kept going back after 1.5 hours of her leaving. Do not recommend. Bridal services

I recently noticed this new eye brow threading and spa in Hales Corners. Wanting to support my local community business, I was eager to try the treading and facial. My experience was excellent and relaxing. Nilima also did the henna party for our daughter’s wedding. The artist came to our home, and created beautiful designs our 20 guest plus an elaborate design for the bride. It was a wonderful evening preparing us for the upcoming wedding. Definitely 5 * s!

I have been seeing Nilima for services for 5 years now and I will never go anywhere else. I have had threading done full face and eyebrows and it’s done exactly to what I want, also had Brazilian waxes, facials and massages. All services are done with care, quality, cleanliness and precision and of course you are comfortable and relaxed. The environment is very clean and professional with the spa feel. Prices are very affordable, scheduling is easy and flexible, staff is very friendly. I highly recommend.
