Very Disappointed in iBrow Spa. I have done my eyebrows frequently here and it has gone well. Although less than a week ago, my mom and I decided to get the classic lash extensions. At first they seemed beautiful until the next day, that many lash hairs had fallen. I had to return to the salon and get them fixed. I then left on vacation, and the lashes continued to fall off at a very quick pace. Only 6 days after, I got a BACTERIAL INFECTION in my eye at a foreign country. I ended up having to visit a doctor and get prescribed antibiotic for my eye. It was a very stressful moment. To finish it off, my lashes lasted exactly a week (not 3 weeks). And I have been taking good care of them and sleeping on my back. On the other hand, my moms lashes fell off very quickly, about 4-5 days after application. I am expecting to receive a full refund from Brow spa, as I trusted in their professionalism and honesty. I feel very dissatisfied with the service that I received. I hope this review helps others debating whether or not to get lashes. It is very important to visit lash techs with good hygiene and experience. OVERALL DO NOT RECCOMEND

You can literally trust anyone at ibrow spa! All the girls are amazing and will do your eyebrows perfect. I also get my lashes done here with Luisa, and im never leaving her! I always have a lash lift done that lasts me weeks and weeks, love how i can forget about my curler and enhance my natural lash so much. I like natural looks, so when i get lash extensions for special occasions i’ll get a classic set with her and she does them with the perfect amount of fullness, and shape for your eye. She’s the best and i love that i can go to one place for everything

In 2021 I had microblading performed at iBrow spa in Pembroke pines FL to have thicker eyebrows. I was not happy with the outcome. Although it was somewhat subtle, I knew the ink was placed wrongfully and not even and the procedure seemed to be awfully painful but I figured it was normal to some extent (it is cutting into your skin after all). I gave it 8 weeks to see if it would improve and maybe it was just swelling but thereafter it didn’t look right. Being so upset and signing a waiver that it is not their fault if its done wrong, I seeked to have it removed when I moved the following month to St. Pete, FL. With Lemon and Lush, it faded a small amount with saline tattoo removal but it was still not gone with 5 sessions and I was kindly referred to St. Pete tattoo removal for laser removal. Turns out the ink was most likely placed too deep and it took 4 sessioms to fully remove. I am very grateful for everyone’s help and finally having my beautiful natural brows back 18 months later. I appreciate everyone’s patience and kindness walking me through every step. First 2 photos are original microblading. Was happy with threading and eyebrow stain I had prior with ibrow spa, just not microblading.

I’ve been coming here for well over a year now and the service is amazing. You’re greeted right when you walk in and the ladies there are always super friendly and nice. I go to Amanda and let me tell you, she is AMAZING. Before coming here I had really bad experiences with getting my brows threaded so I had been super nervous about it, but Amanda really changed my mind. She followed the natural shape of my brow without thinning it out at all. Every time I come to her I feel like a Queen and my brows are ALWAYS on point. So Amanda I want to say thank you! You really make a deference and your work truly makes people feel beautiful ❤️

I’m not one to make a review but I have come to this place multiple times and have loved every time and usually just go to whose available because they always do my eyebrows right. Unfortunately today is my last day ever going back because one of the ladies (amanda) there completly ripped my skin under my eyebrow off and didn’t have the audacity to tell me. I did not notice when i looked in the mirror at first after the session was done. only noticed when I got to my car and was wondering why my eyebrow felt like it was on fire. During the session at one point she put aloe or alcohol to clean it, and it hurt differently than usual. I assumed it was because i hadn’t done my eyebrows in a while. I went back in and asked for cream but the concern for my eye was not there for them. The front lady’s Just asked if I usually do wax and i said yes but this has never happened. They gave me lotion, took a picture and didn’t offer me a refund and gave a half a$$ sorry. Seems disrespectful after being a customers who has been going since i was 15 and i am now 20 i’m pretty sure i will have a scar now (picture included looks much worse in person)

I got my first ever Brazilian with Jennifer and I must say I thought it was gonna be so much worse. She did a good job at making me feel comfortable and she was very efficient with her time. I also got an eyebrow cleaning with tint and I am obsessed! She’s very detail oriented and professional. 10/10 Waxing, Eyebrow threading
