I’ve been going to this place for a couple years now and they have been pretty consistent with my eyebrow threading. They are always very nice and accommodating. I lost most of my eyelashes recently to a hormone blocker prescribed for my treated breast cancer. I found iBrow online and decided to get lash extensions. All the employees are kind and really know their stuff. I now go every few weeks to keep my lashes updated. Dolly, the owner, is fantastic! She goes out of her way to be sure her clients are happy with their service. I highly recommend iBrow and their staff. They’re professional, friendly, patient and caring.

They were super nice and the service was fine but they ruined my eyelashes and made my eyebrows wayyyyyy too dark. They talked me into a lash lift and it looks like you permanently dumped them with the lash curler.

The service was wonderful and I hate to leave a bad review, but I have two completely different eyebrows on my face. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted so I wouldn’t have to spend time filling in my brows in the morning, but now I’m going to have to do that anyways just to make them look the same. Pretty upset with the outcome and now I’m stuck with looking like a clown every single time I interact with a client at work for the next few weeks.

The lady who did my eyebrows did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted and followed through. She threaded them to a great shape but a little skinnier/thinner than I’m used to but not enough to bother me to much. She tinted it perfect! It too dark and not too light being that I am blonde. The only thing is out of all the places I’ve been this was the most painful for threading. Little rough because my eyebrows were sore for over an hour
