I went today for the first time and got a V steam with my mother. Courtney was very helpful, sweet, and made us feel comfortable. The process was great and informing, seeing what herbs are good for specific purposes. She did not rush us, even when we came late, she helped us put our robes back on, and even conversed with us. I enjoyed my facial and mud wrap services from beginning to end!! The staff are amazing and the owner’s level of customer focus and service was top notch. I am about 12 weeks pregnant and they were willing to modify my package to one that was safe and accommodating of my needs. This was my first spa experience and I will definitely be back to try out their body scrub!
