I went to Ibiza because I really liked the online appointment option and because of the reviews. I wanted to get acrylic filling and fix a broken nail. The technician just started removing all my nails after seeing the broken one and said many were falling (which I disagreed) and it just wasn’t good to keep them like that and she couldn’t fix them. I was a bit surprised and skeptical but accepted her recommendation trusting she was a knowledgeable professional. Since my acrylic was gone and I was on a budget, I got some gel nail polish on my own nails and a regular pedicure instead. The day after going to Ibiza my nails started chipping. Two days after, many nails were chipped and looked horrible. I am talking about a gel manicure that should last a couple of weeks but did not survive 24 hours. I sent pictures to Ibiza’s management and asked for a refund considering I spent almost $100 with them for a manicure that did look good for one day. As nice as it was from them to offer to fix my nails for free, they said they do not do refunds and this really upset me. After such a bad experience, I wasn’t interested in seating there again to believe this time it would work out, I just wanted my money back since my acrylics and manicure were gone. I tried other places in LA before and this never happened to me so I want to let other people know the risks of getting their nails done there. If you’re experience is similar to mine it will feel like throwing money down the toilet.

The absolute worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Came in with reference photos for design, shape, and length and was told it wasn’t a problem. I was quoted a price which I agreed to and the tech started. During the course of the service the tech changed the type of service I was getting and continually added charges despite what I showed her not changing. I was not confident that the tech could do what I wanted and was feeling very uncomfortable sitting in the chair so I asked to leave. The receptionist still charged me full price despite the service not even being close to being completed but said I could come back later to get them fixed for free if I wanted to. Confusing why they would charge full price considering the circumstances.

Beside this place being super close and convenient they are also really great! My daughters love to get acrylics and Michele is THE BEST! She can do anything! I go bi weekly for pedicures and everyone I’ve had has done a great job. It’s become mine and my oldest daughters little date time. Very clean and efficient also really easy to book online.

My gel manicures last longer when I go there and I just tried their GelX alternative to acrylics and I’m obsessed!! I LOVE this place! I have been a customer for almost a decade. Once I discovered Ibiza Nails, it is the ONLY nail salon I will go to in the LA area. The ENTIRE staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I usually get a classic pedicure with a paraffin wax treatment… it’s always an amazing service. Truly a wonderful & relaxing experience EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I highly recommend this salon.

I got my nails done at this salon for the first time about two weeks ago and I can happily say I will be going back and have found my new favorite nail salon. I was seated quickly upon arrival to appointment and the nail technician was very kind. Nails are perfect to shape, length, and color. Overall 10/10 will be going back soon

Incredible, amazing, fantastic, superb! All of the above and more. Never have I ever received a full set/gel x manicure like that before. Jade is seriously simply the best. Vincent was awesome as well. They both made me feel so special and comfortable and my nails came out better than ever before. I highly recommend going to see jade and Vincent for your nail needs. They are the absolute best. So happy that I found my forever nail salon. Can’t thank you enough
