Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy first waxing was good, however after attempting a second time around. She supposedly attempted to call my number to cancel my appointment. After we reviewed what my phone number was multiple times. Then tried to re schedule, very lack of communication. Then on her groupon deal she stated that it was a 1 time use only, which is not listed on the promotion at all. Will not ever be returning. Idc how good the waxing was the first time, the professionalism and customer service lacked! Disappointed because I thought I found my great salon. This was my first Brazilian wax ever! I also had my underarms waxed. I’ll never shave again! She talked me through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The establishment is very clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I drove 40 minutes from Troy to Dearborn becuase I had a Groupon for a brazilian wax. I’ve had professional waxes in the past but this was by far the best experience i’ve ever had. The technician was incredibly professional and walked me though what she does, the aftercare, and what to look out for if I ever go to other places to get the same procedure. She said she had been doing this for 7 years and i can tell she has lots of experience. I will be returning (even without a Groupon), as the regular price for the procedure as well as the amazing experience I had is worth the drive.
