The lady doing my friend’s nails was amazing the guy doing mine not so much I paid $55 for nails that I have to have re-done do to his lack of care and abilities. I have never been so disappointed in my nails being done by anyone before. Will never go again do to him. I paid and left just to avoid conflict do to how much he messed up on my nails and had no care how bad they looked.

Had my acrylics taken off, which was in an extremely aggressive way. They didn’t seem to get soaked long enough. For the gel manicure, it was very sloppy, uneven, lumpy, etc. The nail tech I had tried to cover up the sloppy work by saying it was the acrylic that caused my nails to be lumpy, but I’ve never had this issue at my main salon. I also had one nail that didn’t dry correctly, maybe because of the 5+ layers of gel polish? Overall extremely poor work and not worth it, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have never in the 6 years I’ve been getting my nails done had a brand new full acrylic set take less than an hour. This guy had me out of his chair in 37 minutes. None of my nails are even. There is gunk all under my nails. Some of the nails don’t even cover my whole nail. I asked for my nails to be on the short, but they are so short you can practically see my fingertips over them. I don’t get pedicures often, but I feel like they should be a treat. The male technician that I had did not smile once. I felt like I was a pain to have in the chair. Very unfriendly and blunt when speaking to me. I also expected a foot rub, I only got a leg rub. Maybe I expected too much. It just felt more of an oil change than a pedicure. Also- the tip (10%) was included in the price.

The staff are super great and always very nice. My nails turn out perfectly every time. One thing I will say though is Nail Files are “Single Use Items” under the Board Of Cosmetology Laws and Rules and they need to be thrown away after every client. Every time I’ve gotten a fill done the last few months they haven’t been using new files. If the files have White scrapings on them that means they’ve been used multiple times and they should be all black if they are clean. It’s a very big health risk because that’s how you spread infection especially if someone has a cut. Otherwise great salon and people!
