Can a place get negative stars?! Worst massage I’ve ever had. I wanted a foot massage. The ladies were sleeping in the chairs, the towels I sat on were not changed, brights lights and it smelled like fish. Not exactly what anyone would call a spa. I’ve had many foot massages but they didn’t even soak my feet! After 10 minutes I told the lady to stop and I reluctantly paid and left. I couldn’t take it as it was so bad. Just don’t go here. Not a single customer and I see why. Complete waste of money.

Went in Saturday 1 person was working but no one was getting a massage place was empty. They said they could do a 30 minute neck massage. In total the massage lasted about 17 minutes(when a new client walked in)She played on her phone during most of it and when done she said 53 dollars. I would avoid this place at all costs. I will never be back here.

My husband and I took a small vacation this weekend and was talking about getting a massage on the way home; well we looked and looked and called and called..not realizing everywhere would be booked and it was better to make appointments ahead of time! After reading the reviews for Zen, I gave them a call but didn’t receive an answer, very shortly the owner called me back and we set our appointment up right then! It worked out great because we were about an hour away so we made perfect timing for our appointment! Staff was very friendly and the spa was very clean! This was my husband’s first massage ever and half way thru, he said we were coming back next weekend! It was definitely a great way to end our weekend! Great massage, super relaxing, and great prices for what you receive! Highly, highly recommend Zen!

I wasn’t able to get an appointment where I usually go so I googled this place and saw the reviews so I thought I would try it out. It was fair, not at all what I expected. It felt rushed. My massage therapist went out of the room at least three times to talk to coworkers, (she was also the receptionist). The phone kept ringing so she answered each time. Usually, massage centers do some type of consultation before getting to work but there was no consultation, no paperwork, and no questions. They didn’t even ask my name. She was heavy handed and seemed to be rushing through the process, so while parts of the massage were ok, other parts of the massage were sloppy and there were no essential oils used, just lotion, and at times, she didn’t use that. It wasn’t the comfortable experience I was expecting. When the time was up she just said you’re done and quickly left out, she took my payment, handed me a water just as fast and that was that. I definitely won’t be returning.

I called to try to book a foot massage and the girl that answered the phone sounded as if she was asleep. It’s 2:00pm in the afternoon. When I asked if I could book an appointment she mumbled something and I could not understand her. I asked again if i could come in this afternoon for a foot massage and she said NO. I said, “NO?” And she said no again and I thought maybe she didn’t understand me, so I asked if they were closed. She said “We busy.” and hung up on me. Unbelievable. Take your business elsewhere.

This massage was the absolute worst I have EVER had. It was actually the receptionist and she was clearly not qualified to give a massage. Terrible terrible terrible! I will never go back and encourage you to find different massage location.

Oh how I love this place. I do a lot of long distance walking and after 8 to 10 miles I love going here for a foot massage. I also love the fact that they give a lot of the services of larger chain stores but in a small quiet space.
