Usually do my nails at home but treated myself prior to vacation in June. The pedicure was okay. Standard polish, appropriately priced. Nothing to brag about but no complaints. However, I had a gel manicure and it was awful. Paid extra for gel thinking my nails would like nice all week. The nail tech added thinner or something to the gel polish several times during the manicure. My nails chipped in less than 12 hours. Won’t return.

I informed the gentleman doing my nails I had 2 nails that needed to be fixed. He went over one with acrylic anyways. It popped back off the next day, but due to my grow was still attached to my nail juat not the bed. The 2nd nail he removed in such a painful way I almost left. My fill was over the nail area and that nail he didn’t replace is so bad now I may have to remove my nails. Don’t go here. I only did as last resort.

Very nice work for my daughter’s birthday she is 3 so I know how difficult it must be to be patient with someone who will constantly mess up their nails. I also appreciated that they were clear with the prices sometimes places we’ll just throw a super high bill at you but here they let you know how everything is going to come out and how much you’re going to be charged. Not to mention our work was done beautifully or nails look amazing!

The service was great for me! The only problem I had was the guy Ken talking about my friend feet while doing her pedicure. She was very offended by his comments. I was embarrassed because she was visiting from out f town I probably won’t be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I got acrylics and the entire process was incredibly painful. When I bought it to the nail techs attention, he said, “I’m almost done.” It got so unbearable I got up and left, but still had to pay. This place was horrible!!!! It was unsanitary as well, the man who did my nails was rude! My nails only lasted a week which annoying because of how expensive they were plus they were a fill!!! My toes have a horrible paint job which is chipping already! The pedicure was horrible, I felt no change! His gloves were ripping so bad that they were getting stuck to my nails instead of changing the gloves he just filed the glove pieces that were stuck to my nails off. My nails were thick, and the shapes didn’t all match this is just a horrible place. The women did nice eyebrows but did mine too thin.
