I’m really upset… this was my third time going to i-pink as the first two times I had an amazing experience. The third time I had a new person I haven’t seen there before, she was doing mine and another girls nails at the same time. I don’t know what her name was. I got a dip removal from my real nails (had no fake tips) and since my nails had grown out to the desired length I wanted, I just got gel nail polish over them. She did a removal process I had never seen done before and was extremely inefficient. While she was filing my nails, she was so rough with the file that she actually broke my pinky nail and my ring finger nail while filing, and it was broken down to my nail bed so she couldn’t have clipped it off. Then, she was just clipping away so much of the sides of my nails to try and shape them?? I don’t even know what she was doing.

Let me start off by saying I may have been to every single nail salon in Green Bay lol. I started coming here about a year…maybe year and a half ago and Jean and Lin (Owners) are amazing !!! I do not say that lightly . No matter what I am here for, a fill, manicure, pedicure I am ALWAYS satisfied with their work. They take their time and have conversations with me. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and attention to detail which is important as all of you ladies (and men?) know when you’re coming to treat yourself to a nail day. Thank you guys so much and I 100% recommend Jean or Lin for their services.

This is the worst Nail Salon I’ve ever been in my life. My nails looks like it wasn’t clean at all. My nails shape are uneven, the dry skin are still there, the nail polish application are uneven. I kept telling the nail technician about it but she just ignored me and just kept repeating $60. I gave her the payment and asked her to at least make my nails appear clean and decent, again she just ignored me and told me to sit at the drying section. At this point, I just gave up and booked an appointment with another nail salon. What a waste of time and money.

I just recently started to get my nails done after 10+ years of not doing them. I’m so impressed with this place.. it’s clean, doesn’t smell like a nail salon, the staff is wonderful, and they do excellent work.I will never want to get my nails done at any other place but here!
