My mother, daughter, and myself came in for mani/pedi’s and a full set.. the wait was delightful due to the classical music and ambiance environment – All three of us are extremely satisfied with our services and have continued to come back. Everyone was attentive, kind, and compassionate. Laura has been doing my nails for months and I love the way they come each time, no matter how many times I switch it up – they look fabulous. They are all even and the shape is exactly what I want. Every. Single. Time. – Just to let everyone know the shop was bought out – This is a new family now. Tem rushed through my nails and cut me. He was very impatient and demanding. At the end I didn’t let him finish my nails because he was so rough. They also took a walk in mid appointment, so I spent about 2 1/2 hours there for a dip mani and gel pedi even though they started on me right away. I had dip on my nails already that needed to be soaked off but they took the walk in so my cuticles and part of my fingers turned yellow from soaking in acetone for so long. My toes look decent.. little bit on my cuticles on a few nails. The color choices for gel were great. If your going to come here then wait until the older woman is available. She did an amazing job on my best friend and was so sweet. Pictures say it all.

We had a great experience while there, but I hadn’t noticed how bad my daughters pedicure was until we got home and she showed me there was paint on her toes. He missed half her nail on some toes and on others got it on her skin. I could have done a better job at home. If I had seen it there I would have had them redo it. My pedicure was great and had no issues.

Worst manicure I have ever had. The girl appeared to be new. She cut my natural nails all the way off after I told her that I didn’t want them short, the manicure took over an hour and a half, and my nails look awful. Gel manicures

I called this location on Saturday to book an appointment for a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure, i was told that they only had availability to the manicure but that was fine, i still decided to go. So apparently this place is gone and Camilla day spa has replaced this venue, I was unaware until I arrived for my appointment but I went through with it anyways. I was welcomed by the owner, i believe, named Cami. She started the process of my manicure and was actually able to get a woman to do my pedicure at the same time, so I was happy. Until I was deceived. I showed cami a picture of the type of nails I wanted just to see if this was something they could do and she eagerly said yes yes of course we can do that so I was like ok great. When I tell you they completed butchered my nails, I’m not kidding. 3 ladies had to step in just to try and fix the mess that was made of my nails and they refused to fix anything. Just tried painting over the mistakes which led to me having these super thick and clumpy ugly nails. I was extremely disappointed and highly unsatisfied and all they did was “not charge me for the design”…. THE DESIGN THEY COMPLETED MESSED UP ON. No discount on the actual service I got done and no apology at all. It’s safe to say I would never go back or recommend that anyone come to this salon.
