I went here for my first time and loved it! They made time to do two pedicures within a couple of hours of calling and did an amazing job. They also fixed a couple nails for me and made them match my other nails (that were done someplace else). I would definitely go there again!

I went to I Nails last year and had a wonderful time. Today, I’m extremely disappointed. I’m embarrassed that I told my mom I wanted to go to this place again. the guy that did my nails was on his phone the entire time that he did my nails. If you don’t have time for me I will go some where else. Even though my nails look good I need to leave this review. I’ve never left a negative review but I wouldn’t bring anyone here or go again. Customer Service was horrible.

Friendly staff. 3 different people rotated doing my mani and pedi while I was sitting down getting a pedi. The feet were rushed and the hands were done by someone in training, the pictures show the final result.

Usually if I have a bad experience at a nail salon they’re super busy and rushing. This place was empty but I guess that’s another bad sign… I went in for dip powder because I have super thin and brittle nails… I asked to not use the light for that reason and I know you can seal dip without using the UV Light, but they made me do that anyway.. told me “not to worry” while putting my hand in it lol. My right hand is fine but the top coat on the second is streaky and not evenly covering the nails. Pay more attention to customers, not your phone, if you want them to come back, and listen to their very simple requests.

My service was good until it went bad…Male owner (Dee) was very aggressive and rushed through my whole service. Waxed off majority of my eyebrows because in his words were “too thick” when originally I only needed to get them shaped/cleaned up. At the end of service the male owner “Dee” asked me why no tip and when I told him because I wasn’t satisfied of my eyebrows he responded “you’ll thank me later”. Overall, My mani and pedi are ok.

I went there for a pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. The owner/man in the shop was very unprofessional and made racist remarks toward another client. I had my niece and daughter with me so I politely asked him to not talk like that around us. After I was done getting my eye brows waxed and asked if she could fix them or issue a refund he proceeded to yell and tell me not to come back. I told him I would gladly obliged because this establishment is not a place I want to do business with. In all, I will NEVER return nor recommend this place to ANYONE. I’m mad I had to give them a star.
