Critical: QualityI came here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a spa pedicure. We were the only ones in the spa maybe it was an off day but the service was pretty good I wanted to come back again. Just went now for a regular pedicure and was so disappointed. Not all staff was wearing a mask even though they had a sign at the front saying to wear one. We asked if he could wear a mask if he was doing us and after waiting a few minutes someone else came over. Guess he didn’t want to wear a mask. One of us got started while I waited a good 10 minutes for someone to come over to me. Such a mediocre job. She barely cleaned my toes, new supplies were not used and the rubbing was short and finished before my Friend next to me who had started their massage a while before mine. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a spa pedicure. We were the only ones in the spa maybe it was an off day but the service was pretty good I wanted to come back again. Just went now for a regular pedicure and was so disappointed. Not all staff was wearing a mask even though they had a sign at the front saying to wear one. Critical: Quality, ValueI avoided leaving a poor review after my visit 2 weeks ago but after going to my normal salon today I feel I need to share my experience.#1 I was excited they could see me same day#2 I will give credit for a clean facilityI am not sure if the nail technician I saw was new in general or if she just had no experience with gel manicures.- she used the dremel to remove the old gel polish and did not soak it off at all. I had to stop her because it actually hurt because she almost dremeled through my nails- first time ever that a manicure hurtThis has resulted in my nails becoming paper thin. The gel polish used chipped off within 2 days, that has never happened to me before. I have since broken almost every nail. This is extremely disheartening because I have been known to have strong nails forever.I came to my normal salon today. They were concerned at how thin my nails had been filed down and had to use build up gel to thicken them to the point that they stopped bending. They told me it would be a couple months until my nails returned to their normal healthy state.I chose to not return to iNails for any repair because I was afraid of what else might go wrong.
