Critical: Punctuality, ValueMade an appointment the day before for acrylic nails, arrived to 2 other women in front of me. While I waited for my 9 year old to have a mani pedi done, the 11:00 appointment arrives and is complaining that they are behind. Guess who they make wait on a THIRD peron… they told me how sorry they were and to come back. I told them I wouldn’t, because I had driven over 30 miles to get there. Then they charged me 50.00 for my 9 year olds mani pedi. ( usually kids are cheaper) Granted I had them do gel on both, but I thought it was outrageous!! I normally get my nails done in the city…guess I’ll be returning to my stomping ground. Don’t have that problem there. Wasted my time, my money and what was suppose to be a mother daughter day. Made an appointment the day before for acrylic nails, arrived to 2 other women in front of me. While I waited for my 9 year old to have a mani pedi done, the 11:00 appointment arrives and is complaining that they are behind. I was immediately snapped at to choose my colors and take a seat. Then 2 other people walked in with appointments for 1 and they were taken back before me and my friend. Over all they did not do what we wanted with our nails and I will not be going back.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst set of acrylic nails I have ever got in 20 years. Edges all not filed, polish didn’t cover nails, lots rough edges. Just very disappointed. Not professional at all the tech wS off and on phone 4 times doing personal business and I was only one in shop. The place isn’t clean at all. Won’t be back. Not worth $40
