Usually only do gel with Corinna and she is amazing. Got acrylics done by someone new and she double booked, rushed my nails, would slap me on the hand when my hand wasn’t relaxed enough, was extremely rude. 6 days later the acrylics that I paid $80 are falling off and I go to complain and they say there is nothing they can do.

Never again! My nails broke after a week. They didn’t inform me when taking off my gel nails and putting a regular gel manicure on my real nails would make them crack and break and become very painful. Don’t waste your money!

My manicures and pedicures would last for over 1 month and still look good (when done by Richie). Now, after 2 weeks, pedicure is chipping, nails look like I have not had a manicure in months (done by Vicky). Female owner, (Vicky), has no time for dedicated customers who have been faithful for years. Called for an appointment and told no time available on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, so by that time I got the hint and said forget it. I guess she doesn’t want my business any longer. I even asked if the young lady sitting behind her could do my nails, meaning KARINA. She acted as if she didn’t know who I was talking about. She says, who, the new girl? RICHIE should still be running the business. He was pleasant to all customers, he did fabulous work, and if he did not have the time to take care of a customer himself, he would at least recommend another nail technician.

the workers are so rude and my nails look ugly, the arch was originally to high and when i asked to lower it a little she lowered it to low and it looks ugly, the lady kept hitting my hand and was rude all together. was not worth the money and wouldn’t recommend Acrylic nails

This is my go-to nail salon. Vickie and Richie are both always so friendly and professional and they both to a great job with their nail designs. Service is always fast and quality. I highly recommend I Nails! Anyone who complains about bad customer service is one of those rude customers who you can never please, I guarantee it.

I was staying in the area at an Airbnb and I chose this place because it had pretty good reviews. When I walked in and asked if they had time for a pedicure- and they were open for 4 more hours- they all looked at each other as if I was a disturbance and annoyed that I was in there. Not sure why I would get that reaction in a place that should want people to walk in and pay for a service they provide. Wasn’t the best pedicure I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the worst. They forgot me at the drying station and I had to find somebody to actually pay. Not sure I would go again.
