Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI waited two hours to get my nails done. They had an I don’t care attitude. I stayed thinking maybe the wait is worth it. Man was I WRONG!!!! They don’t have 3d designs. The guy was hurting my fingers. Not only I wanted my eyebrows arch and she didn’t want to do that. Their prices are high for a place that don’t have designs, and skill work other nail salons have.The service was so horrible I’m driving out from my neighborhood where this is to go somewhere else where I can see my money being worth spent. I felt like I threw away a $100. By the way don’t use the bathroom there cause it’s extremely nasty. The guy was hurting my fingers. Not only I wanted my eyebrows arch and she didn’t want to do that. Yea the location is pretty sketchy but don’t let that fool you! They have reasonable prices with quality nails. I was a little uncomfortable at first but it’s a nice chill space with people talking and having a great time. I would recommend you come early because they do get busy. I got a full set with diamond designs and a pedicure for $56 and it was worth every penny. This was my first time getting a full set and I promise I am coming back.

They’re very professional and they aren’t expensive. I work as a forklift driver I had my nails done 2 weeks ago and I broke ONE nail trying to move a stack of pallets. They’re nails are super durable and they people there are funny and have great conversation. I will be going their tomorrow for a repair only I don’t even need a full in. Y’all better stop sleeping on them.

Worst nail experience ever!!! Got there at 1030am wasnt seen until 240 pm. Several people came in after me and were immediately serviced. The nail tech that did me was good but her coworker was totally unprofessional. He was rude and too playful at the wrong times. Also the same playful tech drew BLOOD from several fingers while doing my friend’s nails. Then placed the same tools that he drew blood with, back into the work drawer not in the sanitation station. That indicated to me that this is not a their first time doing this. Very unsanitary. Horrible place to visit for your nail and spa needs.
