We made an appointment… had a nice relaxing time with my 2 daughters Nails came out Great!!!! Service was very friendly & the place is very spacious, clean & beautiful The nail chemical smell & fumes in the air here weren’t 2 bad…. Not like in other Salons I’ve been to. I think a lot of that had to do with it being so spacious & just a good ventilation system A bit on the pricey $ $ side compared to other places around the area. I moved to town over the summer and finally just started trying new places recently. I tried this nail salon as it’s highly recommended on Facebook, I’ve been twice so far and had a good experience both times. Friendly staff, nails (powder manicure) seem to last a long time without cracking, waited 3 weeks between my last manicure and this one is almost there but I can still wait a bit longer before I need to do them!

Absolutely love this nail salon, they have true nail artists. If you’re getting a regular manicure or something fancy with a design they knock it out of the park here. Only once did they go to use the mechanical file on my nail (which I don’t like) and when I asked if I could soak off my gel instead she was super nice about it and the salon accommodated me no problem. They have organic gel polish and all the high quality brands with the less chemicals (ex: Queenny which is 11 toxic free, cruelty free and vegan).

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI Memory is back open!! I came once right before they closed for a pedicure and gel manicure and thought it was great. I just went back yesterday after the renovations and it is beyond beautiful in there. I met the owner, Yuki, who was so lovely and sweet, she talked to all the customers in there. I love that she wants to get to know everyone and she cares. I showed her the nails I want for next time and she planned it out with me. I got a regular pedi that included hot stones! Amazing and I got a regular mani with the new Hermes polish, so gorgeous. Maggie did my nails and she really took her time and did a fabulous job. I just went back yesterday after the renovations and it is beyond beautiful in there. I met the owner, Yuki, who was so lovely and sweet, she talked to all the customers in there. Every hair/nail salon has raised their prices due to the pandemic shut down this year. I will say that I never had a manicurist look at each individual nail to measure if they are the same length for a powder gel manicure. The employees are so precise here with their work. They did a good job when I went. Friendly atmosphere and up-beat. But my nails chipped really fast. I got a Gel manicure and it chipped within probably 3 days. Witch stunk and I thought they were priced a little higher than most nail places I’ve been too. Just need to maybe improve on layering the polish or something cause gels usually last at least a week for me.

Not to mention the girl who was doing my mani pedi was new and really just winging it. I’ve never gotten a pedicure where they dont scrub my heels until they are smooth. They were wayyyy overpriced charging tons of money for everything. The owner had to come and redo my nails bc the girl didnt know what she was doing. Its only been 4days and my gel mani and toe nails are chipping. When me and my fiancee left our heels were dry and tough, never again. I got better experience here with my Powder gel nails than my last one. They were so smooth and nicely done. The staff is so much welcoming and comforting. I would definitely be going back except for the fact it’s way far for me. This place is highly recommended.

I paid $42 for a powder gel that is supposed to last atleast 2-weeks and after 4 days everything came completely off! I had nothing but my bare nails there weren’t even a coat of coloring left. I will not be returning! What a waste of money for a 4 day gel manicure.
