AVOID AVOID AVOID! All my eyelashes fell off within (7) days of getting a brand new full set! I guess that’s what you get for getting a groupon for something like fake eyelashes. This place is such a scam. First of all it only took about (80) minutes to put on a full set, and is usually takes my normal stylist (2) HOURS. First red flag. The glue burned my eyes SO BAD, worse than any of the previous times I’ve gotten fake lashes put on. Second red flag. I came out of this place looking like a low paid escort, my lashes looked like clown lashes! Third red flag. Candace, my lash stylist flat out lied to me and told me that because they use “high end” lash glue that the lashes will last 7-8 weeks if you don’t rub or wear mascara. I made sure to not touch my lashes AT ALL, was super gentle with them, and thought they would last longer. (7) DAYS after getting a full set, there was only (2) single lashes left. I looked ridiculous! My too long fake lashes done by Candace were all over the place! Heading in different directions! I got these lashes, the day before I went on vacation and had several events to attend, since my lashes were falling off, I was so embarrassed at how I looked! I called the day I got back from vacation and talked to the owner Carmen, who said their warranty only lasts for (3) days after application and since I was past the warranty period I would have to pay full price for a new set?!! I was on vacation! How was I supposed to come back in!!!?? This was (7) days after paying for a brand new full set. So long story short you get what you pay for. The glue they use sucks! Stay far far away from these scam artists, and pay a little more and your lashes will last as promised! Or last atleast (2) weeks!

Annie did my lashes and they looked good so I drove 45min every 2 weeks same day same time until they messed up my appointment and want to charge me. The customer service here is horrible, especially the blond lady at the front desk. What a waste of time, nerves and money!!!
