They were very professional and they were attentive to the pressure in massage and they got every knot with still being gentle. I called to book an appointment for my mom and Joan was very professional and helpful. They have great customer service and fair prices. We gifted mom the combo (60 hr massage and 30 min feet massage) for her birthday ($79 plus tips) and she absolutely loved it. Mom kept talking about how great their customer service is and how the lady that gave her the massage was polite, gentle at massaging and the ambience was relaxing. She really enjoyed it and that make me happy. Thank you “I Love Spa” for giving my mom such a great treatment. She will be back.

My mom recently attended a individual 60 minute Smart Combo massage session and had nothing but great things to mention regarding the experience. However, after reviewing her receipt and noticing a tip charge of $31.35 for a $49.99 massage session raised a little concern since she in no way would agree or authorize a tip at around 60% given her age and personal financial status. Wether this was an honest mistake or intentional I believe a verbal and/or signed acknowledgment should be clarified to a customer upon the closing transaction.

Very professional service. Was very relaxing environment. Was mine and my wife’s 1st time there and we entered in lots of pain and left feeling refreshed relaxed and not in pain. Couple massage was amazing. Will be back again very soon.

Took the wife for her birthday and got the couple’s special plus the 20$ oil upgrade. It was amazing and the extra 20$ was absolutely worth it. 177$ total tip included for two people is a great price. When you pay. the tip is automatically calculated with a pre set percentage so just be careful what button you press. I’m sure there’s a custom tip option but I thought the least percentage was fair split between two masseuses.

Joanne was amazing. 10/10 experience. The place is quiet and relaxing and she did a great job massaging my feet. I booked for a 30 minute foot massage with scrub and not only did she massage my feet but also my temples and shoulder area. Awesome place and highly recommend!

I love this place. My husband and I will get a couples massage or will go individually. I typically get an hour massage but if im short on time I will get a 30 minute one. They stay open late, which is nice if you work a little later. The staff is really friendly and attentive and the prices are reasonable .

The environment is very peaceful and relaxing. The massage therapist was amazing. I had a pain in my neck and shoulder blades for 2 months and it went away after the massage. I will definitely recommend to everyone and return myself.

I was excited to go and try it after reading the good reviews here. Sadly, this was the worst massage I ever had. Zero technique, with excessive force on the muscle on my back and no pressure whatsoever during foot massage (it was mostly tickling my foot). The only positive thing I have to say about this place that it was clean and the staff were friendly. I walked in with sore muscles, but I left with major pain on my back muscles lasting for few days now… avoid this place!
