We were looking for a new nail place and we found one! We were walk-ins on a Sunday and we did have a little wait. However it was so worth it! I want to thank Daisy, Nikki and Rose for their time and skills. They were amazing helping us today and they took good care of my 7 and 12 year old. We already plan to come back in a few weeks. I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. I was recommended by a young woman at Macys when I complimented her nails. I typically go to Daisy for my services. She is very polite and professional. She is also very talented with nail art. I’ve also had services done by Nikki and she is amazing as well. If your in the area and want a quality nail service, I would definitely recommend!

The fact this salon doesn’t have 5 stars is astonishing! I love this place. My father and I went here on a whim, it was our first time coming, and I don’t think we will go anywhere else. The staff was so nice and really took their time to make us feel welcome and give A+ service. I highly recommend I Love Nails & Spa to anyone looking for a great salon.

Haven’t been there in a while. But last minute plans. Always very nice. My Nials look ok. Could have been better. But for a fill in and small design $65. And my daughter full set with a small line on her tip$75 makes no sense to me. When two years ago I could have paid $20 for a fill in and $30 for full set. Please tell me why there is such a big difference?

This was the first time I had tried this place because they have good reviews. Don’t let that fool you! I went in for a gel pedicure and the man helping me was very nice, but he did not do a neat job painting my nails. He also did not shape my nails correctly even though I asked for him to reshape them and then I finally asked for the nail file so I could do it myself. There was paint in the crevices and I had to ask several times for him to clean around the edges. As he was cleaning he cut two of my toes and I was bleeding pretty badly. I asked for the manager or to have them re-done and he offered to take off the gel polish and redo it. I politely told them that I would like for someone else to redo my nails and they tried to tell me that they were too busy and didn’t have anyone else and that he needed to redo them. I finally asked for them to take the gel polish off and I would go elsewhere to get them redone. They were finally able to get someone to switch with him and a lovely woman came to take the gel polish off and she repainted my nails. I didn’t get her name but she did a fabulous job. I’m happy that they were able to redo my nails, but they still charged me full price even though two of my toes were bleeding and I had to ask several times for someone else to come and redo my nails. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Please save yourself some trouble and find a different place! I will definitely be going elsewhere next time.

My daughter has had her nails done here several times and usually satisfied (thought she finally found the place). Recently went in with an inspiration photo for full set. Completely understand it wouldn’t look identical but close enough would’ve been fine. After asking the man who helped her make simple, minor adjustments, including clean around the nails and such, she left unhappy. She called and asked if she could come in to have it repaired at no charge and manager agreed. She went in and was told it would be $10. Agreed just to get it over with. Halfway through she was talked out of what she originally went in and PAID FOR because she would be CHARGED MORE. I’m sure had she been a long time regular and ADULT things would’ve ended differently. Sure they wont miss the business but needless to say feel like she was ripped off and will not be returning. And just to put it out there, she paid with her own money and tipped both times.
