Critical: Punctuality, QualityI was there for 3 hours just for a pedicure and manicure with dip powder on my natural nails with an ambre look. The lady was super sweet but could not get anyone to come in to help. It was over $110 just for the 2 things. I have never ever been so unpleased with the way my nail look for the price I paid. I was there for 3 hours just for a pedicure and manicure with dip powder on my natural nails with an ambre look. The lady was super sweet but could not get anyone to come in to help. It was over $110 just for the 2 things. I have never ever been so unpleased with the way my nail look for the price I paid. These are supposed to be for my wedding day but I will have to go somewhere else to get them redone.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever gotten nails done. For starters I had been at work prior to going in and the nail tech didn’t even clean in under my nails before applying the tips. She filed them and not even one nail is squared as I ask. They are all crooked and look like someone in possible training did them. I’m a little embarrassed to be honest the way they look. Only give one star because I had to otherwise I wouldn’t have even given that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE FOR TIPS THIS WAS THE WORST 40 IVE EVER SPENT DEFINITELY not worth the 40 I lost on them. Next time I will go where I’ve heard good opinions and reviews.

Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. 1st it took 3 hours for them to complete the services but they were a little busy so I didn’t mind waiting. They didn’t do gel instead did dip powder which I told them I did not want and charged me double. Refused to take a credit card and told me to go to an ATM and get cash. When I told her no she charged me the processing fee for running a card which is illegal! And honestly I wouldn’t have minded any of this if the nails didn’t lift and pop off a week later. When I called and asked for them to make it right they refused and hung up. Do not waste your money here!
