I got a pedicure by a gentleman didn’t catch him name. I also did my eye brows they were not trimmed well but I didn’t want to get them too short. The lady who did my eye brows also did my manicure. NOT even a week my pointer finger gel cracked and lifted. Due to a busy work schedule I was not able to address and go to the location. The next day I had another nail chip. I do the same job that I have with my last gel set that lasted me over a month. My nails do not grow long so when I see it lasting a week and spent $100 on services I am not happy about it. The Gel on my toes are still intact. And lifting my nails into light they were coated unevenly. If I can see a lighter color on the inner part of the nail and darker next then there is something definitely wrong.

Experience felt rushed and over priced. I ordered a manicure and a hand massage was not included apparently. Polish was too thick on pinky. It’s a nice shop with modern furnishings, TV and nice staff but they need to work on better prices and quality of work and customer satisfaction. Oh my feet were not scrubbed to my standards either. It just felt very “half-azzed” all the way around… Sorry!

Terrible customer service. They don’t use liners on their pedicure chairs. The tools used for pedicures are not cleaned well using only soft soap for cleaning and no alcohol. Girlfriends nails were dipped and were cracking and peeling by the next day. Looked like a child painted them they were so chunky and unevenly painted. Spoke to manager and he would not refund her. He claimed they look good even though they were peeling as he was looking at them. Stay away !!

I don’t usually go online and give reviews for positive service, but this was the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Gina did such an amazing job on my nails that I can’t stop looking at them .She was so friendly, and not once did I feel uncomfortable in there (we all know how nail salons can be). The facility was clean, and I love the fact that they had something entertaining on the television. You can never complain about getting your nails done while enjoying a television show. I’ve definitely found my new nail salon!
