Edit : I talked with the manager / owner and she was very nice about the whole situation and offered to get them fixed for me next day. I went in and got them reshaped and painted and they look much better now. Very glad they handled this professionally and got it fixed fast. My only lasting gripe would be to let someone know before doing a removal that you will be ripping them off and not soaking, especially if you charge for that removal. Overall this was handled well and I am happy with the salon.

Let me just start out by saying, I have never written a review before so you know this had to have really bothered me. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon…the lady didn’t understand what I wanted, so I adjusted (which is fine). My sister in law referred us so my mother in law & I walked in today, no appointment, got taken care of quickly. The receptionist was so nice, offered drinks while waiting. And we LOVE our nails!! Idk what to say only one of my daughters like their nails they both love their toes tho, I couldn’t get the design I wanted but the guy did amazing NOW the reason they got 1 star is because my daughter nails look like they should have been MAYBE 45-50 and she tried to charge 75! Me and my mom went today on my birthday and from the moment you walk in they are so professional and great customer service1000%. We came in at exactly 9:30am when they open even with a few people ahead of us we only spent and hour total.( i have never had fast service like this from a nail shop i was so happy) I got my toes and nails done; i picked a picture online that i wanted and “Michael” the nail tech did an amazing job!!! Its better than the picture. This shop respects the covid-19 policy and social distance ( that meant alot to me). This was my first time getting powder nails and man im hooked. Terrible-0 stars. Charged $65 starting price for “full set” gel then $5 per sticker for a child’s “design” then say “the child knew the price before I did it” huh? Didn’t tell her anything. Then tried to say bc of the length that makes the price. The nails were short……so which is it the stickers or the length? Then one of the nails the side was messed up. Wouldn’t recommend.
