Seems to be a popular place. Was able to get in rather quickly. Purchased for my daughter who wanted her nails professionally done. Overall had a good experience. It’s very pricy. Got out for $100 including tip. And it does take a very long time. Our service was 3 hours. I didn’t know what to expect but my daughter is happy. Mr. Mike was very detailed and tech that did her nail art did it better than the picture my daughter showed her. The shop mascot Bingo is very welcoming and cute! Love the blue nails. Lol.

Honestly best nail place I’ve been too! It’s hard to find someone who does everything you ask for. Design and cutting cuticles! Hands down, love this place!!!! They crushed this design! I recommend them to everyone now

The nails that suppose to last at least two weeks started to break after one day. Within few days, four nails had broken at the base of the nail. The nails looked great. She did a wonderful job adding tips to the nail and shaping the nails. The dip was applied beautifully. I only wish the quality was as great as it looked. I would not be back. It was a waste of time and money, and now I need to figure out where to get the nails removed.

I love this place, they always do a great job, I’ve tried many places but only here I get everything I need to be done with my nails. They have a very good variety of colors and styles. The place is clean and the staff are nice and friendly! Highly recommend!

This place SUCKS! I seen fairly good pictures on instagram and was looking for a set to hold me over until i could return to my original salon. Make new clients pay a $45 non refundable deposit? ridiculous, but felt inclined to go after paying it. acrylics done horribly, tech didn’t even know what tapered square shape was. had to take off and restart multiple times, acrylic not laid nicely and the chrome color looked nothing like the photo I’d shown. $75 + $20 tip for some below basic work. Do not waste your time

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this place for the first time to get my nails done. The older man that did my acrylics were incredibly rude! He asked me what I ate for dinner to proceed and say that I smell like onions. Then looked at my engagement ring and asked if it was even real. He was very rough in applying my acrylics as well which was annoying and made me very uncomfortable. Then I went to a young lady to do my design. She was nice however didn’t really pay attention to the photo I showed her for how I wanted my nails. She literally at one point stated “I forgot what the design on the picture looked like so I did this, I hope that’s okay” like seriously? And then to top it off she was on FaceTime while doing my nails and dropped paint all over my fingers because she wasn’t paying attention. The final straw was when I went to checkout the man that checked me out gave me an attitude for asking for a receipt! Clients here for a couple years. Appointments got messed up a few times but they always made it right until today. We had schedule our appointment months in advance as we went every 3-4 weeks. On April 12th they texted us to confirm firm the April 28th and May25 appointments we had scheduled. We responded to confirm. April 28th we tried calling them 9 times throughout the day, texting, messaging on social media and no response. We never received a cancellation notice. We drove an hour to the salon for our appointment. Waiting in the salon 10 minutes until someone asks us if we were supposed to have appointments tonight because we were not scheduled. Then let us stand there some more until I asked if they were booked tonight and not able to take us and they responded yes they were booked. The OWNER ever even opened his mouth regarding the situation. Poor customer service.

LOVE I Love Nails . . . My daughter and I have been clients since they opened and were previous clients of Toan and Mina for YEARS before that. The salon is always super clean and they always have new products and colors. The entire staff is friendly and professional and does great work. If you are looking for quality work this is the place. I don’t trust anyone else to do my nails 🙂

I Loved this salon! David was amazing and did a wonderful job on my nails! I strongly recommend if you want a professional, reasonable and fun experience you need to go to I Love Nails! They take walkins but highly recommend making an appointment because they honor their appointments and they are very welcoming! Want to mention that I messaged the salon through Google and had a response in 5 minutes and appointment booked within 10 minutes for the same day they were able to squeeze me in!!! Also. love the solar lights built in the station and love the professional scheduling and paying for services right at the station. Looking forward to my pedicure on Wednesday ❤ ❤
