Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely love this place. For many months searching I found a new lash place. Ana gave great customer service and guided me to exactly what I wanted. They have a book which shows which lashes you would like and the look you want. The salon is so clean and very well decorated. Suzanne was my lash tech and she was so nice. I was very well satisfied with the outcome of my lashes. Definitely recommended !I absolutely love this place. I absolutely love this place. For many months searching I found a new lash place. Ana gave great customer service and guided me to exactly what I wanted. They have a book which shows which lashes you would like and the look you want. The salon is so clean and very well decorated. Suzanne was my lash tech and she was so nice. I was very well satisfied with the outcome of my lashes. Definitely recommended !

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been a customer of I Love Lash for almost five years. I came to get my lashes done, but I was told that Minx is no longer being done, so I was fine with Cashmere when I made the appointment. When I got there, there was no parking. I went to the store, and now being that I agreed to come in earlier than set appointment, now I can get Minx done. So I was excited about that until Katie (the one assigned to do my lashes) said she can’t do it because the “length” I like, which is natural length is out of the market. So for the second time, I agreed for Cashmere. When I was getting my lashes done, I was not comfortable. Katie used tape all over my eyes, their sides, my eyebrows pulled up with tape, and a cover on my forehead that is taped around my temples. Then throughout the transaction, I hear her sigh, making me nervous. I wasn’t moving at all. There is no courtesy to tell me that she will move my head on the side. She grabbed my head as if pushing it down and moving my head to the side so she can access the side of my eye. When she finally finished, she pulled the tape like ripping off my skin (again not telling me what she’s doing while my eyes are still closed). She didn’t bother telling me after care like usual nor did she say thank you when I gave her a generous tip despite her unprofessionalism. I will get my lashes done again, but not with her. I’ve been a customer of I Love Lash for almost five years. I came to get my lashes done, but I was told that Minx is no longer being done, so I was fine with Cashmere when I made the appointment. I am obsessed with my lashes ! I did a natural set and it is really worth it ! This was my first time doing lashes and although my eyes kept twitching during the whole session (my fault) the lash technician made me feel relaxed and comfortable ! She kept asking me if i was okay and reassured to relax which I really did appreciate it ! I definitely would recommend this place !
