I used to love it here, I’ve been coming since they had their cliffside park location. Quality of work has drastically decreased though, lashes fall off within a few days then they wanna charge you to fix it. They only have 3 lash styles and they all look the same, you can only go up to 15m for length. No lash style options like other places. Yun was honestly the best lash tech they had and she quit. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

I had lash extensions done with sarah, she is amazing. My lashes look full, natural, dark, long and beautiful. I have never had such a peaceful experience I felt like I was floating on heavens cloud. I will for sure be going back and sending friends it was a true 5 star experience.

Horrible horrible horrible first i have to say that as soon as i got home my lashes were already falling out. The tech that did my lashes did a horrible job. Up to a point where when i got home out of “80” lashes” i think i only had 30 left, ( i dont think they used 80 lashes). On the other hand they try to obligate you to pay a ridiculous gratuity fee instead of waiting for customers to rate and tip their job accordingly. I spend so much money in there with my daughter that i really regret going to this place they sold me a pair of earrings “non allergic” and guess what they already change colors and could no longer wear them. Bough the shampoo and the serum also bad quality im sorry but i was expecting more from this place. After i gave them my feed back they offer a 15% off. Next appointment but im never going back to this place not even for free.

I got a lash lift on Sunday and my lashes looked great. Unfortunately, I had to give it four stars because there was still some residue and my eyes were really irritated. Thankfully, I was able to just wash my eyes after 24 hours and they look perfect now.

I’ve been coming here for about six months now and they are absolutely great. Staffs are very kind and professional. I never had any irritations and as long as you take good care of your lashes they hardly fall off. This plaza also has a parking lot which is a huge plus. Highly recommend this place!

They are amazing. They are very careful with each lash. They don’t just rip off a lash here and there. You can feel how delicate they are with each lash. I love that about them. Very clean and professional.
