Horrible. Completely unprofessional. Had an appointment that was set online, where Mia personally told me to set one up. I got a confirmation AND a reminder for the date of my appointment. When I went FIFTEEN minutes early, like the website and confirmations said – the door was locked. I called, she was VERY rude. She just told me that I did not have an appointment, and that she had to go. Hung up, and didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Can’t wait for this place to shut down.

I agreed WHAT A JOKE!!! I bought groupons to get the mani-pedi for my mom, sis and I. The groupon said u must book the appt, so tried to make an appointment multiple times at different times and they never answered the phone! The voicemail said to leave a message and they would call u back and that never ever happened!!! Its like they did not want any business!? I paid good money for the groupons and I never even got to get my mani-pedi cuz i could never get an appt before they expired. They r a waste or time and money
