I get basic men’s pedicure and it’s very acceptable, especially the leg massage. Communication is a little difficult but manageable. The salon is clean and open feeling. I like that they have enough staff to handle clients.

I was referred to this spot by a coworker. I initially went in for a pedicure, quickly realize that the spa water was cold. Management told me that the hot water was up to the maximum. I made a suggestion for them ( the owner and the guys Kevin doing my nails) to heat up some hot water in the kettle. No one ever acknowledged that recommendation. So I decided to just do a polish change on my toes. Then while sitting there I decided to do a manicure (gel) since I had some time to burn. Shortly after, a Caucasian Customer came in and requested a pedicure service. She quickly realize that the water was cold as well. I specifically watched, the same young lady that I made the suggestion to heat up some hot water for my pedicure service… boil the hot water in a kettle for that Caucasian customer. I shook my head and asked the gentleman (Kevin) that was doing my nails; Why wasn’t the same accommodation made for me? And as you can imagine, he acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. So I repeat it again, and wait for an answer. Still didn’t get an answer. So when I went up to the front to pay, I told him I still didn’t get an answer. Because I plan to do a review and I would like to share what your answer is, on why you would accommodate one customer not another. Is this a race or classes issue? Btw I still didn’t get an answer, besides him shrugging his shoulders to say I don’t know. I just paid my bill even tipped him (I was torn if I should leave a tip, but figured it was the right thing to do). Before leaving I told him that wasn’t nice, this is my first and last time spending my money with their establishment. The service and staff were all amazing!! The salon followed all the Covid precautions and that made me feel safe. Both the pedi and mani massages were very relaxing. They really took their time and paid attention to every detail. I am so happy I have found a clean, friendly and great location nail salon that offers so much more than just nail services. I am new to the area, and I found this gem today! I went to I DO Nails to get a gel mani and pedi. The service and staff were all amazing!! The salon followed all the Covid precautions and that made me feel safe. Both the pedi and mani massages were very relaxing. They really took their time and paid attention to every detail. I am so happy I have found a clean, friendly and great location nail salon that offers so much more than just nail services. I have just moved to the Deerfield Beach area and have been searching for a reputable nail salon. This was the 8th salon, and I think I have finally found the right place. I easily got an appointment, the same tech (Kevin) did my pedicure and manicure. I threw a little bit of a curve ball at him by asking for nail art, but he did a FABULOUS job. I will be back for another appointment.

Nails turned out amazing! I went in with an idea of a recent photo I seen online, and although I couldn’t get my nails done exactly like it.. Nena suggested something similar and honestly they came out way better than I expected! Shape is precise and sharp just how I like it. They definitely take their time, which is good because no one likes rushed nails.. but it can be a bit much at the same time. I spent over 3 hours for acrylic full set and regular pedicure, but I left very happy !! I will definitely be coming back. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment, they seem quite busy & there’s a small staff. Ask for Nena!

It was my first time in this place. I have visited several nail places in the area, and this one which has been the worst. The man who attended me was not friendly at all, besides that, I felt that he was pressuring me to acquire more services, he does not even ask his clients what services they want, but they assume that they all want to get a pedicure and manicure and use the most expensive gel. I’m not convinced that they try to pressure people, I understand that they earn their salary by commission, but that is not the correct way. My nails turned out fine, but the service left a lot to be desired.
