I am never the type to write a bad review but after today’s visit at this shop, I believe I should. Today my daughter and I were so excited to go to the nail salon and have some girl time. My little girl was looking forward to this all day. When we entered we were not greeted. Mind you I have been coming to the shop for almost a year and have never received this type of customer service. I have enjoyed coming here for countless times and have given great tips. But after today I believe that I was treated very rude. I am sorry to say but there is racism here at this shop. I have never been treated this way until today I came in and was the only person of color and the workers decided to treat me differently than they have before. Everyone else was treated nicely except for me and my daughter. The lady that always does my nails did my pedicure today and has never acted this way before. She had a very bad attitude the whole entire time she was very rough with my feet And while I was looking at the brochure that they have she Took it right out of my hand without asking. After she had been so rude I finally asked her if she could be a little bit more gentle. She continued to say things in her language to another staff but would not say anything to me until I asked her what was the problem. She was then rude to my daughter. After that she continued to be very rough and told me that my daughter and myself are moving too much. I absolutely understand that she saw that we were moving but my child is a very young child and that’s what’s going to happen when you have young children with you. After that I asked her if she would not do my toes anymore and she moved away but I did ask for the manager and they told me that there was no manager. this place has really gone downhill I absolutely enjoyed coming to the nail shop to have free time and time by myself but after today I will no longer be going anymore. I never thought that I would deal with this at this place but sadly they are very rude and have horrible customer service. Do not go here!!

Critical: ValueNails don’t last. This has happened to me twice now. SNS nails have broken off not even 2 weeks in. I’ve been getting my nails done for 4+ years but have been trying to find a decent nail place since moving down here. They cut corners with sns which is why it doesn’t last. I asked for a different nail tech. They gave me the same one. As much as we pay for nails they need to last. Didn’t hit my nails or anything. Thumb broke off and I filed it down. Nails don’t last. This has happened to me twice now. SNS nails have broken off not even 2 weeks in. I’ve been getting my nails done for 4+ years but have been trying to find a decent nail place since moving down here. They cut corners with sns which is why it doesn’t last. It was my first time going there and they made me feel super comfortable. I’ve never gotten acrylics before but Brian explained everything to me fully so I would understand. He did acrylics for me with the SNS and he took his time and I love them!

However customer service began to falter. The owner stopped even acknowledging that I entered the shop. There are a couple of nicer technicians, but honestly they have made it clear they do not like working on my feet. Sure it hurt, but I endured.But now they are not honoring my appointments and have just told me to wait or come back. I always have to arrange my day/night around these unhonored appointments. There is one lady who is consistently nice and tries to ease my unpleasant feelings. However as a kind, forgiving and professional person do I not deserve just simple respect?For the $160/month in cash (paid services and tips) I was paying to this establishment and tears I have shed I guess it’s time I find a place that appreciates my business.Today even though I waited 45 minutes passed another unhonored appointment and the only action I performed was to ask how much longer was my wait. I did not say a word except to tell Danny the technician that I was fine when he asked and if I could turn off the heater because the dust was making me cough and my eyes tear up. The owner stopped even acknowledging that I entered the shop. There are a couple of nicer technicians, but honestly they have made it clear they do not like working on my feet. NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN.Awful facials. technique wasn’t there. sponge scratched my face and products were a basic cleanser and sheet mask. NOT WORTH $80 FOR A FACIAL GO TO GLOSS NAIL BAR DOWN THE STREET. they’re amazing and have always been. Facial treatments

I WISH I could put 0 stars. I went to get a manicure and took maybe 10 mins. So I was like okay, they only do express manicures. They cut my cuticles, put color on and that was it. $35!!! My friends pedicure which included quite a bit more was less than that. Also, no one ever offered a water or soda. Took about 20 mins before anyone checked me out.

Just had a mani/pedi/brow wax. My pedicure with Joyce was AMAZING! So much attention to detail. Really took her time and took great care with my feet. Everyone was so nice. Will definitely be back!

Got in and out in 45 mins. Nice work. Only downside, I didn’t get the typical pampering that I usually obtain when getting a pedicure. No beverage offered and not a long massage. I won’t complain about it this time though because I was new to the shop and didn’t know what to expect.
