Critical: QualityI got a men’s perm not long ago, by an employee named Amanda. She was really friendly and i enjoyed talking to her while my hair was getting done. I was okay with the finishing results but most importantly i was very unhappy with how much she charged me. A month later and now my perm is gone, no curls at all. I’m not quite sure if it’s their cheap products or what but i’m very disappointed and upset with my hair right now. I got a men’s perm not long ago, by an employee named Amanda. She was really friendly and i enjoyed talking to her while my hair was getting done. I was okay with the finishing results but most importantly i was very unhappy with how much she charged me. A month later and now my perm is gone, no curls at all. I’m not quite sure if it’s their cheap products or what but i’m very disappointed and upset with my hair right now. I will not recommend this place nor will be going back again

First time at this place on Saturday. Beautiful place. Nice people. Professional. Dena was the cosmetologist who did my hair. Her hair color and expertise with coloring hair is on point!! My hair even felt great after. But later on in the evening and Sunday morning the look of my cut brings tears to my eyes. Not in a good way. My haircut is chopped and old looking. I should be in an 80s hair band. My hair was a mess before but one of the very first things I told Dena was long layers!! I hate short face framing layers because the way my shaggy hair is, it would cause me to have a mullet essentially. Well needless to say but I have a mullet. I wanted something I could just flat iron and go but this is so short it can’t be. Can’t even be put in a ponytail all the way. I have these large chunky type “bangs” that won’t go behind my ear. I contacted Dena and asked for just a haircut refund bc the website states the cuts are $60. She said she was surprised due to the fact that she barely cut off any hair. But my problem wasn’t the amount of hair she cut, it was the awful cut she gave me. She offered to fix it but obviously I don’t feel comfortable with that. No refund for me and no return for service for them.

She text me back Sunday morning saying she could do my hair during the week , when she would feel better. I thought that was fine. Rescheduled for Thursday late after I would get out of work. And seriously canceled again not feeling well still.
