Critical: ValueI normally don’t write reviews but I contacted the shop and was told to send a picture of the braids that I wanted along with a picture of my natural hair and I did what was instructed of me. My original stylist cancelled at the last minute so I was hoping to book with this shop since it was recommended to me. I had plans on posting photos on my social media pages to my over 100k followers to share my experience however I did not receive a text and or call back which to me is extremely unprofessional. If she couldn’t do it then at least let the customer know but upon reading the other reviews that other people have left about the “no response” problem that they were having I can understand why they gave the rating that they gave. I’m sure the stylist is very talented and skilled but unfortunately due to the poor communication which is totally unacceptable I giving the rating that I feel best suits my experience. She was realistic about the design I wanted and made sure it was something that I would be happy with. She is a great conversationalist and really takes her time to make sure to understand what you want so she can deliver the ultimate customer satisfaction.
