I would always get my eyebrows done from here since it was closest to my house, but recently I went and got them done by one of the new workers, she ruined my right eyebrow making it a lot thinner than the left and i have thick eyebrows that i kept thick since I was 12, i complained and got them fixed by sandeep, she made it a bit better but i did cause complain when alot of people were around, i got them done again today and sandeep did them horribly, she didn’t even brush out my eyebrows before cutting the longer hairs, there’s a whole patch of hair missing from my right eyebrow now and when I confronted her she just went to the back, and ignored it, never going back, she’s very stubborn and arrogant, if she had admitted that she messed them up i would have came back, but no, and she continues to say that brushing them doesn’t make a difference when really it does make a difference speaking as someone who does know how to do eyebrows, never going back there, neither will all the women in my family. Not worth 10 dollars at all.

Very disappointed in this place. I really like the friendly staff but I have had enough. Haven’t had issues with threading but got my micro blading done here and in 4 days it didn’t even look like I had anything done to my eyebrows. What a disappointment! The first 4 days they looked really great. So I called them and Sandeep, the owner, who is very nice and friendly. I truly believe she tries to accommodate people, she is was on a long vacation and had gone to India. I waited and once she was back, I called and explained my situation. She told me to come for a touch up appointment on Saturday, 11/23 at 3:30pm. On 11/23 around 3pm I called her and she explained that she couldn’t see me, as 2 of her employees had called in sick and they were very busy with threading. She told me to come after Thanksgiving. I was shocked! Like “SERIOUSLY?” That’s when I decided I was never going back to this place. Why make appointments when you won’t keep them?
