This was my first time getting Locs. The staff were fun and courteous. I respected the leadership’s dedication to their craft and how they helped and encouraged their newer members. It was a very comfortable setting and my hair came out amazing. I also appreciate how they were quick to help me with my questions for care and upkeep.

I requested an appointment on Friday, New Years Eve. The young lady was very helpful and had me scheduled for Sunday at 4. I met my stylist, Myana, who is absolutely awesome. She did an amazing job with my starter locs and it didn’t take as long a I thought it would. The shop itself has a very comfortable atmosphere. Needless to say, I will be going back in a few weeks. You have a customer for as long as I live in Seattle. Thank you!

Unacceptable service set an appointment date almost 2 weeks in advance got a call the day before and was told they had to reschedule my appointment. Due to the shop closing @ 5. I have a event I need to attend and made this appointment to work around my schedule i supported these folks and even sent people here and you get treated like this!

Booked an appointment for locs maintenance with a lady at the shop last Friday for today Monday. I got booked in at federal way loc shop @ 3pm. Drove 17 miles and arrived @2:30pm only to get there to be told that my appointment cannot be found. They tried to help get my hair done coz my birthday is next day but it didn’t work out coz of time. Nonetheless, I have been a customer for about 3 years now, this has never happened before. Been booking all my appointments with Eric and it’s always been on point. The lady I booked my appointment with, probably the same person I found at the reception was ready to get me booked in for another day but definitely not apologetic for the inconvenience…at all! She did not even take fault for it.

Starter locs looked nice for 2 days. Stylist did not teach my son about up keep, when to come back and recommend barbershop was a rip off. Brah, $35 to clean up sides hate to know what it cost for a full head. And another barber had to help him. Ask lots of questions going to this decision.

She did not even have enough time to help me on her schedule but she still found a way to squeeze me in as a new client I am very impressed I came in the shop and it was a great vibe from the greeter all the way back to the hairstylist ms Sage was my stylist Yesterday I love her energy I like your vibe definitely will be seeing her again
