Stephanie is the best massage for any kind of athlete! She worked out tight muscles and knots that no one have every been able to work out! By far the best massage therapist I’ve found. Stephanie (owner and licensed massage therapist) took the time before the session to understand what I was looking to get out of my massage, and she delivered. As a CrossFit athlete I was not looking for your typical massage, I needed someone to really dig into the knots I had and work on areas where I know I need extra mobility or blood flow. Since Stephanie is a former CrossFit coach with several certs from HQ, she knew exactly what I was talking about. I’ve noticed that I usually have better than average workout sessions the day after I go to Hypnotic Hands, coincidence, I think not! Do yourself a favor and check her out, it’s worth it.

After going to see Stephanie at Hypnotic Hands I won’t go to anyone else. She not only relieves soreness through deep tissue massage, she also helped work out some tightness in my shoulder and neck that was causing pain during crossfit and daily life. She really takes the time to figure out where the problem areas are first and she will always gauge the pain/intensity level throughout the massage. Thanks to her I’ll be making massages a regular part of my routine!
