Most of the people are really nice and somewhat friendly. But towards the end the front counter lady told me I was cheap for giving a 20% tip. If she was the person who gave me a massage she would’ve got nothing.

I’ve been there many times in the past and had good massages. I needed one today, so I thought I’d give them another shot. It was not a good experience. It was mostly painful the entire time and I had a hard time communicating with the therapist to ask her to back off a bit. She was very strong and had rough hands and nails that were too long. It was not a pleasant experience. I’m giving them 3/5 because I had several good experiences a few years ago. Hopefully this experience today was just an outlier. I doubt I’ll be back.

Definitely a little sketch, they speak zero English and there is no paperwork or anything they just take you on back. However, I’ve had all of the therapists and they give amazing massages. Can’t complain only $40 for a full 60 minute massage. Giving 4 stars out of 5 only because sometimes they do leave the room in the middle of the massage to say hi to whoever just walked in the building, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the next room.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I asked to pay for a deep tissue massage for 90 min instead they gave me an hour and wouldn’t let me pay for an hour and a half, when I called for an appointment. I get there before my appointment time they still make me wait 25 min, which isnt a big deal I understand people get behind. I finally get in my. Massage I tell the lady I have a pinched nerve in my neck and I need my left shoulder focused on, not only did she not even touch my shoulder she focused on my legs. And it was not a deep tissue massage it was a an oil rub. Not to mention it wasn’t a full hour she kept having to leave the room to answer the phone

if u want a massage envy chick/dude chatting your ear off the whole time go to a massage envy. I personally love that the didnt try to talk and just rubbed and relaxed me! I have had probably 30+ massages over the years and I always felt a tad uncomfortable. they really did a good job I was almost in a trans when I left! will be back!
